I was very happy with The Heathman. It's a beautiful property, with a lot of charm. My room was so clean like it was new. My bed was incredibly comfortable and the towels so plush. I was there the week of NYE and it was very quiet. The location is perfect. I have recommended this hotel to family and friends.

Another great stay at the Heathman in Kirkland. Staff is great. Room was wonderful - clean, well-appointed with super comfy bed and really everything you need. Hotel restaurant was delicious. Everything at the hotel is done with care and thoughtfulness. I will definitely be back.

I've been staying at this hotel for years now and have always loved it but my last stay I noticed they double charged me. I went back multiple times to try and get help from the front desk but they kept pushing me off to the manager with an email who was never there. After multiple attempts getting ahold of this guy I finally get my refund 6 months later. No apology and no insentive to come back. Thank god I caught the charge because they never would of, awful customer service

I went to spend one night in this hotel. I put my belongings into the room,b and then I went out to dinner. When I came back they said I could not go in the room, I could not get my belongings, they wouldn't allow me to get my belongings until the next morning with a manager! But when morning came, they still wouldn't allow me to get my things without a police escort!!! And that eventually never ended up happening! They were rude, they stole everything I owned they I had in that room, they disrespected during the entire situation. I'm still sickened by the way they had gone about things. Over a little misunderstanding.

The Heathman hotel is my place to stay when visiting friend in Kirkland. Perfect location, amazing staff, excellent rooms. I'm happy to know that they allow dogs, my puppy Phoebe will join me the next time!
